① Getting started

Do you already have a server? We start by performing an evaluation of your server to identify any technical issues which could be exploited.

We also analyse your configuration files to identify any problems which could cause performance issues.

Do you want us to deploy your new server? Because our business operates in South Africa we have servers in SA, and also in the UK and USA.

You have the choice of location, but we recommend you use a hosting package in your country for both search engine optimization purposes and performance. Need a server in another location? Tell us your requirements.

② Security & performance

Our team will harden your server’s Kernel to protect it against network attacks. We will install crafted rules for your Web Application Firewall, protecting your applications from attacks.

We also do performance tweaks for Nginx, Apache and MySQL to get the most out of your server’s available resources.

③ We monitor

Our team of specialists will begin monitoring your server 24x7x365 and will be ready to immediately respond to any incidents.

We also perform routine system updates and we use a sophisticated backup notification checking system to alert us of backup completion on your server, so you always have recent server backups available.

We also monitor all your server IP’s for blacklist listings that could be affecting outgoing email deliverability. In the event your IP is listed on any RBL’s we take the necessary steps to get the IP delisted.

On top we are always available for on-demand assistance, meaning our administrators will be at your service for all upgrades, malware removal, optimization, and other tasks.

There is no obligation to take a monthly plan. If you need on-demand service we can help you at an hourly rate (55 Euros – 50 British pounds – 55 US dollars – 1000 ZAR).
