As part of the partnership, Papa John’s has established a dedicated innovation team, PJX, which will utilize Google Cloud’s AI, data analytics, and machine learning (ML) tools to streamline operations and improve customer experiences across both in-store and digital platforms. The initiative aims to increase order frequency, drive higher-value transactions, reduce customer service costs, and enhance overall satisfaction by delivering a more seamless and personalized pizza-ordering journey.

Smart Customer Support & Personalization: PJX will leverage Google Cloud’s AI to refine customer interactions, offering tailored recommendations based on past orders and predictive insights for events like birthdays or game days.
